If you have completed 3 years as SSE, ask you manager to nominate you for role change to TA.

1 year in SSE , BECP level 5 and manager should nominate you

Complete at least 1-2 years in sse role

There’s a lot of confusion about the promotion from SSE to TA. Some people say you’re eligible after 1 year, while others say it’s 2 years. I’ve seen many who got promoted to TA after just 1 year as SSE. I’ve already completed 1 year and 8 months as SSE, and I’m still waiting for my promotion to TA .
