Regarding switch

In wipro I am working as a quality Analyst for 3 year of experience and now I got an offer from Amazon but there is not much difference in package . Should I switch or should I wait for appraisal hike .

I believe the FAANG name on the resume would look good. If everything is confirmed from their end, I think switching won't hurt.
