Regarding switch

Currently I am working in tcs at 7lpa from Lucknow my home town I got offer of about 12.3 lpa from ibm mumbai location should I switch ?

I would say No.. 6.5 in Lucknow = 12.3 in Mumbai (research the cost of living+ you need to take PG)

if 6.5 is your variable component (Like Digital ppl-- Maybe get reduce with C band) then yes switch..

IBM is asking for two days to be in office that means you have to shift to Mumbai which is very expensive. I suggest to get counter offer on IBM offer.

Not worth it. Research on the living cost. Try to get better offers. If not, continue to work in Lucknow and try to get onsite.
