Regarding SPEED IPF
Hey Guys,
For 6 months i was in a support project any how did my best, but left, given kt and documentation to another person and moved to another project. Got so called “rating” 3.43 Overall IPF. Is it good or bad. Since 4 months i’m in other project how much rating i should ask for to average out both to make it above 4 or 4.2 or for Atleast B band and which project will give band current or previous one, in band section i can details of current project. Any help in this query is appreciated.

To get overall above 4, you need to at least get 4.5 in your current project. 4.5 is not an easy rating, you need to be a critical resource and your performance should be exceeded beyond expectations. Your current project will do your appraisal. Your last project already completed project end appraisal with 3.43 rating.
so Final iPF is considered - goals plus attributes total ipf
