In this year I have gone all five to 4 days of week for every month but Feb month alone I took 3 days leave and 2 days of wfh of same week. so I did not gone to office for that week.So if they consider Feb to May month of rto days for the July month promotion .So, according to 2.5 days per week will it affect by promotion ?

I don't think 1 week will matter much as you have followed other days regularly. I too have missed 1 week in evry mnth but overall I have reported for more than 12 days in a month.

Don't worry brother this is not a big deal your avg RTO will be more than enough. Just make sure you are fulfilling other criterias like 30months,3+rating,learning goals and billing
