Regarding rto hours
Hi guys,
Is it mandatory to sit in odc for 7 hours or swipe at gate is still fine? I dnt want any hike or promotion and not possible to sit in odc as I have 1 year old baby. But I need the job and we have handful of work in our project. Please someone tell whats happening in TCS now.
Try to have 3 hours , just don't swipe in and swipe out
Discuss the issue of child and ask for wfh, it depends on project they may consider as you mention there is limited work in project.
Either take care of your baby or do a job.
Only swipe will notify your HR and Managers by WFO communication and you will be provided 1 time warning. If you repeat after warning, then they will have a good reason to nominate you under the fluidity list.
If yoy have dedicated odc then yes you have to maintain 7-9 hrs
follow whats good for you at the moment…leave rest whats happening in tcs
