guys

I had already followed 3days per week in May month Unfortunately May have 5months

I went to ofc for 3days in a week for first 3weeks in May Now am going to attend 3days in this 4th week

12days will complete.

Is it mandatory to attend in next week also?

Can anyone clarify!?

It depends on ur project. If project rto was not mandatory. U don't want to visit office.

Project RtO is not calculating..as per cognizant policy everyone must and should visit ofc 3days per week…Hope you dont know that..Be careful if you ignore you will not get promotted to A

3 days, 3 rating, no warnings, 18 months from day you got promoted to PA, 30 if you consider from PAT. That’s it.
