Regarding RTO compliance for PA to A promotion

As we know we have 2.5 days/ week reporting but my concern how HR is calculating this like is there any fixed no. of hours we have to spent in office these 2.5 days or just we need to report 2-3 days in office. respective of time you spent in office?

Overall 2.5 hrs for all weeks....so if you do 10 hrs in one week it can get calculated as more than 2.5hrs in that week

I don't think so it's calculated like this it's 2.5 days per week...so we need to go atleast 5-6hrs in /out for 3 days in a week
