Trending @Cognizant; Regarding RTO compliance

I want to know if I'm non adhering to RTO compliance. I am currently working remotely and my trutime and Timesheet is all approved. I joined in October 2022, i want to know will I be eligible for associate promotion or not. However my manager pings me asking to commute to office 5 days a week, but I'm having some issue which I have already explained to manager. Simultaneously he keeps approving my timesheet and TruTime.

I want to know if I'm non adhering to RTO . Will this impact my promotion?

Is there anyone with similar situation.
