I am planning to go to office for 3 weeks continuously (1 day per week ) and not going for 1 week. Will it create any problem? May I know your concerns. Please comment

Ideally it shouldn’t create any issue. Absenteeism is flagged to HR and PL if you missed 4 consecutive weeks

They send office presence email ... And they want it weekly .. I think u can check with ur manager if he is fine with him
