Trending @Accenture; Regarding Roll off

Any HR who can guide me to get roll off from current project. I am at Lvl 12. At time of training my primary skill was Automation but the current project is non tech so i changed my primary skill to MS SQL . It has been 14 months in my current project and 16 months overall in Accenture. Could anyone please guide me how to get roll off.
