Regarding Role Change

Hi folks,

Got a doubt regarding role change. Since 3 yrs bearing Role of Analyst. How can i get it change to developer, engineer or System Administrator. Recently joined a project….so whom to connect or initiate the process. Help is appreciated.

Your supervisor can change it into any role.
But, that doesn't change anything for you in the firm.

Any other hidden benefits ?

I have heard, while looking for decent projects it somewhat help too, don’t know how much beneficial it is or just hoax.
