I am joined as project Engineer as B1 in wipro, My starting role us developer, Now working as administrator.

In role based promotions if manager promotes. Is the any change in designation (project Engineer).

If it changes like project engineer to administrator. It will effect my career.

Now trying to switch company as developer. Please give valuable suggestions.
