Regarding retention bonus
Hi,
I used to get retention bonus in the month of July. Got mail that effective July 1st, it has been included into monthly component. I am serving notice period and LWD is in Aug. Will I get retention bonus for past 1 year this July? Last payout for retention bonus was in 2024 July. If they had to make it monthly, it had to be done since last retention bonus payout right or else I am missing 1 year bonus component. How is that correct?
Ideally you should get it coz it was of last year, from this year onwards it is added up in monthly payment So in all probable scenarios it must come Do let me know wha eventually happens on 31st July pls
