Regarding retention bonus.

I suppose to get a retention bonus on the July month salary. Now when I checked in my document section they mentioned the retention bonus is merged with salary and will get it on a monthly basis.

I want to know what about the previous 11 months starting from July 2024 to June 2025. Will I get the retention bonus of the previous year??

You will get retantion bonus in same month you received mail full bonus will be credited for previous year don't worry
