Regarding resignation/sabbatical leave

Hi , i got seat in masters program, but i need to join with in 1 month, but manager is saying as per policy 90 days notice period for resignation, what to do in this situation. HR is not responding my emails regarding clarification/ available options.

Bro, I have a simple solution, find your HR's manager, their manager. Your manager's manager, and their manager. Tag in an email with proof of master's program. See how fast they replies.

Will do that next, that is the only option. But how can they simply ignore my email, i am billing resource getting them 8 times of my salary, still they are like this.
