Regarding Resignation without any offer
Hello everyone,
I have a query regarding the resignation. I want to submit resignation tomorrow due to some personal reasons I am doing it. I will say to my lead and manager. However, I have a doubt that my lead/manager can reject my resignation because I need to complete my work(CR). Why am I asking this is will my lead stop my manager not to give approve my resignation because I need to complete my work?
My colleague is saying you are stuck in this work you have to complete it or else they won't give approve the resignation.
I have been in TCS for about 3.6 years. In working in TCS made my skills rusty. I want a break for sometime. I want to change to another company after some break.
Please kindly suggest what should I do if they don't approve my resignation ?
Resignation can't be rejected. It can get delayed but not rejected. Loop HR in every mail. If they tell you that there is dependency on you and blah blah, you can say that in 90 day notice period everything can be sorted. Don't accept anything from them. If you have decided then stand on your decision
What to do if resignation acceptance delayed?
There is no reason to reject the resignation. It is mandatory for them to approve even if they have huge dependency on you. Loop HR while you drop the resignation. No one can stop you, also you are going to say the personal reasons which are added advantage
