Regarding resignation
Its been around 2.3 yrs in tcs.. Currently I am allocated in an account.. But not having any work.. So, if I put resignation, do I need to serve 90days notice period. Pls give suggestions. Thank you.

Brother check with HR before dropping. I am going through the same situation now they are releasing early. There is no such drama of 90 days
