Trending @Cognizant; Regarding resignation

I have a doubt that if i am moving to bench as i am going to get released from the current project and i have planned to drop papers for resignation means in how many days i will be get release. Since i dont want early release.. i can serve for 90 days.. so that i will get that 3 month extra experience in total will be 3.2yrs.
I have 25 earned leaves inhand, in last quarter i got promoted as A. Can i encash the earned leaves fully or not. If yes what will be the aprox money that i would receive.
After moving to bench and i am not going to accept the offers means after aging period i will be get forced resignation right.. on that time i am resigning means will i get the 3 months salary in FNF SETTLE.

Anyways i am going to resign due to family reasons. Now i am completely looking for saving money. What will be the best ideas ?
