Regarding Resignation Acceptance and LWD

I've put my resignation on July 16th. But still I didn't get any confirmation mail or lwd mail even though asking HR for so many time. My manager is sooo tough can he/she has a power to stop our resignation?. Please let me know what to do.

Will the LWD be considered from the day of ur resignation or from the day they sent u confirmation?

No one can stop your resignation. If HR is not replying. Keep millind lakkad in cc. Than also no action keep krithivasan also. They should kow how inefficient people are present in this organisation.

Day of resignation and u can also discuss with ur manager for early release I know people who have been released early in the off-boarding calls. 10-15 days is easily manageable

I recently joined my KT is also not completely done. I've put down papers as I cannot commute to office daily.. There's no dependency of me but still my manager is pressuring me to come 5 days even in my notice period.
