Regarding Resignation
I am in PIP,and the last date is September 23.Here my question is if I will do resign what will be the case or if I will wait for the assessment ment result ,is there any other process we need to follow after the assessment.I need suggestions.
PIP people please actively look outside and try to complete the PIP assigned it to you as much good as possible. Anyways better performance in PIP will not save you.
If I didn't clear the assessment,will they terminate me?? if yes then with severance pay or without?
I'm also on pip and they said it complete corporate decision so it doesn't matter whether you pass assessment. Decision already made that we are not part of tcs
