Regarding Resignation
Hi Everybody,
I want to resign without any offer however my team mate resigned before me. My team mate, one senior and myself are only there to look after project. My team mate already resigned yesterday, now I want to resign because my mother has health issues and I have to take care of her. Now, my concern is will they reject my resignation because both are leaving from the company. If they reject what I have to get the resignation.

They cannot reject your resignation. discuss with your manager about your situation.
Just send a resignation mail, consider it accepted from the same date. No need to worry. A company is not a jail that can stop you from leaving. lol.
No one can stop you from resigning
No company will reject ur resignation. They just try to convince u to revoke resignation. Once u mail ur manager and HR, ur notice period starts
