Put resignation even my manager didn’t approve by himself it will get automatically approved

You can just drop your resignation on the ECMS portal. If your manager doesn't approve it in 15days, it gets auto approved.

U can apply the resignation on the exit tool and even if ur manager doesn’t approve , it gets auto approved after 2 weeks ….
