Regarding rescheduling my joining date
Hi! I received an offer from TCS a few months back. Then all of a sudden TCS asked me to join from 1st August, 2024 but as my university was not providing the provisional certificate I was unable to join TCS on that date. So, they instructed me to reschedule my joining date and wait for further clarification and unfortunately I'm still waiting. I have my IPA exam scheduled for 7th November.
So here are my 2 questions:

I have already prepared my affidavits during my previous joining date and I've mentioned my joining date as 1st August 2024. So, do I need to create a new affidavit when I get my new joining date?

I came across several videos on YouTube regarding the IPA exam that the exam is for immediate joining, preferred joining location and Joining bonus. I just need confirmation are they true? Will I get my joining letter when I get a percentage of 55% or it's strictly advised to score above 80%?

Yeah, you'll need a new affidavit with the new date. It's a bit of a hassle, I know.

IPA exam is for immediate joining and location preference. Scoring above 80% is safer for the joining letter.
