Regarding request transfer in TCS
Hi can anybody help me with how to handle a transfer request to a different location as my HR DM n Rmg is not approving..should I move to the location and start reporting there..??as I am not getting concrete reply from them.The account ODC is not there at that location. What should I do? As I need to move before June.
If the account ODC is not there then you need to visit the location where your account is situated. I'm not sure if they approve, as your account doesn't own any ODC where you want to go. The only choice is to join projects from the location you want, for which you need release, which is quite difficult to get.
I would suggest not to report directly as it would stir up unnecessary confusion. And it's not a good idea to report to an unauthorised ODC.
So in this case my DM is saying u find a project n we will release you but no any assured answer ,being new to TCS and tried but I m not getting any ref to connect with nagpur for scrum master role.. If anybody can help me out with the scrum master role opening in nagpur location. Can I directly contact RMG in this case to help me out with the project in nagpur?
