Regarding release from Project for grade C1 and above
Hello Guys, is there any new policy Introduced by TCS to release grade C1 and above grades.
I want release from current project and worked 2.5 yr in that project but I am interested in other technology and my current project manager said for grade C1 and above we cannot release, but I am not aware about this, as I have not seen any official notice from TCS. As I am asking them for release from past 6 month. Project manager only entertaining. Could anyone suggest me how to get release, please?
It seems you have been a good resource for them, so they don't don't want to replace...Prove them wrong.take unnecessary leaves even if they decline. Work like you don't get paid (I think that's kinda true).But be complient with WFO jist for safer side. There's no relationship with C1 and not releasing. I am C1 I switched 2 projects. 🫠🍺
