For P4 when they will give recognition points? Or do we need to do anything for this? For me P4 experts reflecting in mycompitency from 31 July

Depends in which quarter you did the competency assessment. The RP will be awarded at the end of each quarter. If you do the cloud elevate or AMBG certifications you get the reward points by the end of quarter and the proficiency RP a little over a month after that. hope this helps
