Hi friends I got my ratings today's it's 3 given by my old manager.Im on PA level. I have given my 100% even though he has given this rating. I got relieved from my old project and I'm working in new project now.

I'm not satisfied with his ratings, on go perform under manager ratings we can upload associate comment right. Once I update my dis satisfied comment. Will this be escalated to HR or something like that?

Guys it's also affect my promotion? Can anyone explain me about this? I'm 1 year 4months exp in cts. Pls do help me on this
