Regarding Quarterly bonus in TCS for C3A employees.

I got only 50% of quarterly pay and my colleagues said will get 100% but i have received only 50%.

Can you please let me know this bonus is depends on Band as well?

Also let us know how TCS will pay the qureterly pay as per the Band .

First of all this is not bonus . This is part of ur salary they r deducting and giving in 3rd month.

Second thing … they can do whatever they want as this s variable
