Hi Everyone, I recently joined Publicis Sapient and am currently on the bench. Could anyone please share details about the bench policy here? Specifically, how many client interview opportunities are usually provided? I’ve heard that only 4–5 chances are given, and if we don’t clear them, there’s a risk of termination. Any insights would be really helpful.

Yep , they have a history of firing like this. Not a good company and definitely not good WLB.
