Guys I was joined Cts at 12 April 2022 and I got project at 23 September 2022 after 5 month..

I am eligible to get promoted PA to A ?? As even in project I was completed 2.1years

You're eligible. You should've been already promoted in last quarter. But now cognizant is holding back Associate promotions showing many reasons. What's your rating btw?
