Trending @Cognizant; Regarding promotion in cognizant

Hi all I joined Cognizant with 2.5 years experience as PA on Oct 4 2022 . I work for a billable project. will I be eligible for promotion? Also what is the promotion window for this quarter ? I am always asking my manager that they are saying they do this quarter from Q1 and saying they are getting some issues on the system on their side saying my profile is not eligible for that ..I got 4 ratings as well..also lot of appreciation.. I am pissed off ..I rejected many offers from other companies but now I feel they betray me.
