Hi Folks

I have joined CTS as a lateral entry with 7 YOE in Nov 2023, but I was given Associate level and while hiring I was told that after joining the project you will be promoted to Senior Associate

This is the scenario with me now

Am I eligible for Senior Associate now? 2.If yes ,whom should I approach and what is the process

Please let ke know if anyone knows ,would appreciate your time for response

Inform your Manager regarding promotion and see what they replies or try for IJM if you are eligible for that.
