My manager informed me that she recommended me to tl in Microsoft Proj in last oct year end review and it’s march when ever I ask her she is saying I recommended but don’t know what happened I will ask or proj is in red not the right time to ask I left a good offer in tech m for this position am I an idiot Microsoft technical support Proj

But in this market I can’t switch with 90 days np no one is entertaining that and I am in between some family issue so careful planning is needed is there any way that I can ask my manager about the tl position and take assurance from her
May be she recommended, There is a process unless until they take it seriously, it will be postponed to next quarters

Because the other team manager pushed for another guy in their team and he was given tl right away when teams divided as their original tl is having fight with almost every one of the team member including but not limited to manager also
When u get a better offer outside, just go and grab it. Do nor beleive on false promises by managers, which never gonna fulfill at times.

Sometimes You have to wait another quarter for the result. Instead of wasting time, try to switch. It is always better if you switch and get a good hike.
Ya thinking the same thing but one point is stoping me other may take me in as senior resource but tl positions won’t be available for another year or even more don’t know but confused about this
