Trending @Accenture; Regarding Promotion

Recently, my manager asked about my MAL, which is 40. I have a total of 4 years and 9 months of experience at Accenture since I joined as a fresher. Can I expect a promotion from CL11 to CL10? If yes or no, what is the off-cycle promotion process? I’m a bit confused about this. Thanks in advance.
