Regarding promotion

Hi I secured C band in two consecutive years in TCS and I am completing 3 years by August at TCS by that time I am completing 7 years in IT but still I am in C1 level in TCS will I get promotion this appraisal. I got 0.5 percent hike this time. Any suggestions for me. I am confused now

Years of experience doesn't matter when it's more. You should spend 3 years in each grade and at the time of initiating promotion there should not be C/D band in the last 3 years

For C2 overall experience should be 4 years and there should not.be any C, D in last 3 years

Thanks for the reply Hi I hold 6.8 years totally into IT lateral entry to TCS after 4 years I joined TCS

I have overall 5.6 months of experience ,am I eligible for the promotion as in tcs I will complete my 2 years in May 2024.
