Currently I am working as TA. I received OS as a rating. joined infosys back on august 2021 first promotion on March 2023. Any possibility this time I may get promotion? well i never discussed or requested for promotion last time as well.

I don't think there is auto promotion, try IJP or bridge

I have received a StepUp email regarding my role change from T.A to T.L through the Accelerated Internal Fulfillment Program. It states that the promotion is effective from January 1, 2025, but my new role is not yet reflecting in my profile. When will it start reflecting, and when can I expect the revised compensation?
