Trending @Infosys; Regarding Promotion

I joined Infosys 3 years back on 2021 Dec. And prior to that I had an experience of 1.5 years which means total of 4.6 years. I am working as SSE when Can I get promoted to JL4? And I got ME for sept 23 - oct 24 cycle.

Insstead of waiting for promotion what u can do is apply in Bridge programs if u are eligible and if not then try IJP... As it will promote u and also u will get better hike then normal promotion
