I believe a fair and transparent work environment is crucial for fostering trust and motivation among employees. However, it can be disheartening when favoritism appears to play a role in decision-making processes.

In my experience, I have observed instances where established rules and guidelines are often overlooked, and people are selected based on personal preferences rather than merit or capability. This not only undermines the efforts of hardworking individuals but also affects the overall morale of the team.
