Trending @Accenture; Regarding project for freshers
Hello I joined accenture on Oct 2024 and I was trained in java as stream training then I got into bench and cross skill training in bigdata. They told after completing this cross skill I can get project. But as of now no calls are coming. can somebody tell me whom to discuss this regarding and how to utilize this time?
Go to office daily make connections. Share ur profile to everyone so they can recommend u to their manager or someone to hardlock u. One of my friend did this like I got into project but my frnd was on bench for 2,3 months than someone told him this and he did and one of those connection recommend him to his project as there was need. U don't know when there can be a need and I have seen managers asking team members we need this skill set guy do u guys have any one to recommend. It's not Abt u should be exceptionally skilled there can be times when they really need just a ASE bcz of their budget and other things.
Also check who is ur workday manager ask him to share ur profile in different project PMO team u will start getting calls
Will it be possible only to recommend if they are needed in the project with their same primary skill ? Or any other technology is also preferred
