I have been on the bench for almost two months . I joined as a fresher. Can any one help me how to get a project . I am somewhat scared to contact the manager .

if you are scared then no one will help you. Even if RMG gets you an interview you’ll have to speak in front of the Manager.
Won’t suggest you to be dependent RMG. Contact managers personally via linkedin or in office.
Ask for open positions.
