Hi all, I joined CTS in Jan as lateral as Associate .I got allocated to project but still non billable and no work is allocated.will it affect coming ratings and do I need to worry about it.Will I get default ratings ie.3 or lower than that??

Mostly work will be allocated once the project kickstarts, . Regarding rating it solely depends upon your HM, even if you get below 3 it should not be a major concern,you will only receive less bonus ,that's it.
