Trending @Infosys; Regarding PIP due to NI rating

Manager called me today for PIP and set up the meeting with HR. He told he will set up the goals don’t worry, goals will be whatever you are doing and it will be for 90 days, he said i have to go to office but can ask hr for wfh in case.

Performance bonus is not there due to NI rating, rating was given as i was on bench for sometime (because of ACON bridge) what shall be done.

I am frustrated and confused, feeling lost! Can’t even share my feelings with any friend (not that I don’t have friends but I don’t share ) therefore came on grapevine!

Similar situation. Got PIP due to NI rating in previous project. I am in a new project (obliviously under new manager) and he has set up goals which are related to my project and 3 additional courses. My goals are very achievable, but still I am anxious.

It's a trap. Start looking for the new opportunity parallelly. The same manager gave you NI and now he is saying 'don't worry'. It seems something is fishy

What if i resign on PIP will they give me 5 months severance pay? Or during pip discussion i should tell hr and then i will be paid severance pay?

Why did you get NI? Did they ask you to perform extra tasks apart from the Project?

Based on ur experience, try to crack an interview related to ur tech stack, and then apply for separation.
