Regarding pf withdrawal

I’ll be joining next company within 1.5 months, hr has asked me to fill out pf withdrawal form and select unemployment (more than 2 months) option. Will this affect my pf transfer process? Anyone knows about this ?

Why you want to withdraw your pf, just transfer it to your new employer pf account once created.

She says even if you want to transfer you need to fill out the withdrawal form

Not feeling positive about this, she is telling you to select unemployed (from 2 months) which is not true, your pf contributions is continues. Please consult to someone who gone through this process. Best of luck for your future endeavors.
