Hi all. I joined Infosys Consulting last year Feb. I wanted to know what is the approximate performance bonus (%) one can expect according to the year end rating!

Different question What is your experience , CTC, fixed pay, variable pay. Not sure about IC in infosys tech performance bonus is nothing but our variable pay. On avg people get 65 -95% based on their rating. Overall avg is around 72
