Go to Leave, Select Paternity Leave, add no of days = 5, upload Discharge certificate and you are on paternity leave. Paternity Leave has to be taken within a month of discharge, try taking as early as possible, so that later your manager doesn't give excuses

I also have this same question. As per the policy there are 5 leaves allocated for paternity. But how to apply that. Infy only has EL and comp off options, nothing called paternity leave.
