Date of joining : Feb 2022 Domain: EPS I got 3 rating in the year 2023, utilization is 52.49. When can I expect my promotion, is nomination started for Q4?
They have postponed promotion of Q4 to Jan End 2025... if you have 3 star rating and utilization is more than 80% then you will get in march 2025.... otherwise before that no chances.. In case dont get hike in march Its better to take hike in march and say bye bye to cognizant.. as its becoming toxic and shit nowadays.
If having 4 star rating in the last year in 2024 and all the utilisation is 100%, then is there a possibility to get a promotion confirmation mail in January?
Yes probably you will get promotion... but dont know the behaviors of Leadership team... otherwise will get in march.
