Why did they release the eligibility list in August. Why are they excluding people who are completing 30 months in September? Is there any way we can raise this concern. Like I heard last time many people were not eligible due to the utilisation issue (which was an issue from the cognizant end). They considered this and promoted those people in August I,e they received an associate salary during August. Can we do the same thing for excluding a whole month of this quarter for the October promotion?
It's not fair, already promotion was delayed they set tenure at level from 24 months to 30. How come they exclude people's completing 30month in september. Really bad
What do you know about the people who weren't promoted due to utilisation issue? Are you sure they were promoted this august? Can you give me more details regarding that?
The people had a utilisation issue due to cognizant issues there were some updation issues. Even though people were billable and had utilisation it was showing less. So they raised this concern to managers and then they got promoted
Is it confirmed they released the list in August and is there any more list coming in September ?
It's confirmed that they released the list in August and i am not sure about any new list coming in September.usually they release 1 list for quarterly promotion
