Trending @Accenture; Regarding P4 - Certificate
I have completed a certification and will get P4 for that. When I check in the certificate catalogue, the same certificate is valid to get P4 for 3 different skills. So my completion will reflect in all the 3 skills or only one skill in myCompetency? Additionally.. Do I need to add those skills as secondary skill or the proficiency gets updated automatically? Please let me know
In some cases one certificate takes care of all 3. If you have added the certificate in myCredential.
When the new proficiency gets applied to your main skill. Check if it gets added automatically. If it doesn’t you may add and the proficiency will be there.
I am saying this check and wait approach cause it sometimes gets reflected and in some cases doesn’t.
In case of functional proficiency it gets added and in case of technical it doesn’t.

Waiting for myCompetency portal to check the proficiency. Meanwhile I will add these 3 skills. I have one more question. is it enough if i just add them in skills of interest or I need to have them as secondary skill?
