Currently, I have exhausted two attempts for ocean assessment and became non compliant. So can I give this exam next year? Or there will be an issue for this?

I’m having 2nd rank in ocean practitioner and literally thinks it’s useless thing no use of that not any reward or hike or promotion waste of time
